The “Sales Academy” is a learning and development program specially designed for our employees who pursue their careers in the sales department at Ak Gıda.
The primary goal of the Academy is to become a school of excellence in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, creating a team of experts who are agile and competitive to ensure the highest level of customer, shopper, and consumer satisfaction. To achieve this goal, we collaborate with internal and external trainers who have proven competence in the subject matter in a program consisting of 5 modules. Ak Gıda sales representatives who successfully complete all modules become more equipped, competent, and expert leaders in this competitive journey.
