Talent management at Ak Gıda is planned with Talent Management Review meetings that take place in April every year, where the career expectations of the employees and the organizational needs of the company in the current, near and medium-long term are brought to the agenda. In these meetings, where we decide on individual development plans, appointments, promotions, task/location changes and the dates of these changes, we talk about and implement the development areas where Ak Gıda members can gain new expertise.
