Ak Gıda and Lactalis Group leadership development programs are specially designed and implemented to enhance the leadership skills of our managers, ranging from first-line managers to senior executives, within the framework of our leadership model.
Depending on the target audience, our leadership development programs, Leadership 101, Leadership 201, and Leadership 301, have different content, ranging from 3 modules to 8 modules.
In our programs, participants are provided with leadership competence assessments and feedback applications, workshops and sharing sessions before each module, various training topics for each module, guest speakers, action-based learning, interactive and dynamic team activities, and management tools that leaders can benefit from.
