Our leadership model is comprised of three tiers: specialist, administrator and leader.
Specialist: We make sure that each of our employees specializes in a particular field in great depth. This enables problems to be solved proactively and helps us to achieve high performance. Administrator: By passing on the business vision to employees with daily feedback, administrators play an important role in taking ownership of the company. They also determine high goals that require performance and realize these goals wİth their teams. An Ak Gıda administrator always acts pragmatically and with courage and rewards success at the right time. They find out the expectations of employees and coach them to develop their skills and their careers.
Leader: Leaders determine the vision and set forth the road map that matches this vision. They encourage innovation by spreading the positive thinking culture throughout the workplace. They ensure alternatives are produced by creating synergy among teams to preserve competitiveness.
