We are the largest operation of the milk and dairy products sector with 5 facilities spread throughout Turkey and a daily milk processing capacity of 5 thousand tons.

Our journey, which started off with UHT milk, yogurt, feta and kaşar cheese production continues today with over 300 varieties of products that extend to ultra filtered cheese, tava yogurt, dairy desserts and kefir. Milk gathered from every corner of Turkey is processed at our 5 production facilities located in Sakarya, Karaman, Lüleburgaz, Kahramanmaraş and Aydın to make natural and delicious products for our consumers.

As the largest milk and dairy products producer in Turkey we produce many natural, delicious, good quality and nutritious products from milk to yogurt, ayran to kefir and fresh cheese to prepared pudding for our consumers under our İçim brand.

İçim is among the top 3 brands in the milk and dairy products market. The delicious taste and naturalness of İçim, which has achieved great success with its products, has gained both national and international appreciation. In the years 2016 - 2018 İçim cheese and yoghurt products won the “Oustanding Taste Award” from the International Taste and Quality Institute, which is considered the "Michelin Guide for Food”. In the beverage category İçim Ayran won the "2017 Outstanding Taste Award”. In 2018, at the “World Cheese Awards”, the greatest international cheese competition in the world being organized for the 29th time İçim Labne won the best degree which is Gold and İçim Süzme Beyaz Peynir won the Bronze award.

1996

Production started at Ak Gıda, Sakarya (Pamukova) Facility with 1500 tons milk processing capacity per day.

1998

The launch of first İçim branded milk to the market.

1999

One of the first in the industry, the plastic bottle long-life milk was produced.

2000

Dairy products export started. First step to white cheese category.

2001

First step to labneh and kashkaval cheese categories.

2002

Ak Gıda’s sales and distribution company Seher Gıda was established.

2008

The launch of Dolcia brand.

2008

Production started at Karaman Production Facility, which has a capacity of 1000 tons of milk processing per day.

2009

Production started at Lüleburgaz Production Facility, which has a capacity of 500 tons of milk processing per day.

2011

With the Kahramanmaraş Production Facility, the city acquired the first milk production facility.

2013

Aydın Production Facility, which has the 2nd largest cheese production line in Europe was established.

2014

İçim products were deemed worthy of superior taste award.

2015

Ak Gıda joined Group Lactalis.

2017

First step to protein milk category.

2018

First step to organic milk category.
